All Sales Are Final Because our products are 100% digital and provide immediate access to intellectual property, downloadable tools, and course materials, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made.

Unlike physical goods, digital knowledge cannot be "returned" once it has been accessed. For this reason, all sales on Pilos Learning Institute are considered final.

Why This Policy? This policy allows us to keep our tuition affordable and our content high-quality. It ensures that we can continue to pay our instructors and support staff fairly while maintaining a transparent pricing structure for all learners.

  • Technical Issues: If you are experiencing difficulty accessing your course, logging in, or viewing materials, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve any technical glitches so you can get the education you paid for.

  • Course Questions: If you have questions about the curriculum before you buy, we encourage you to review the "Course Highlights" and "What You Will Learn" sections on the product page, or email us beforehand.

Exceptions: The only exception to this policy is a billing error (for example, if you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction). In such cases, please email us within 7 days with your order details, and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge.
