Pilos Learning Institute has received consent from the Ontario Ministry of Colleges and Universities for the use of the word "institute" in its business name under the *Business Corporations Act*. This consent relates solely to the corporate name and does not constitute Ministry approval, accreditation, or endorsement of any program offered by Pilos Learning Institute.

Programs offered by Pilos Learning Institute are structured in accordance with applicable Ontario regulations governing private career colleges. Where a program's total fee is below the threshold set out in Ontario Regulation 415/06 under the *Private Career Colleges Act, 2005*, that program is not required to be approved by the Superintendent of Private Career Colleges. This reflects the program's fee structure and classification under the Act, and should not be interpreted as a Ministry review, endorsement, or certification of program content or quality.

Students who successfully complete a Pilos Learning Institute program receive a Certificate of Completion issued by Pilos Learning Institute. Pilos Learning Institute is not a degree-granting institution, college of applied arts and technology, or university, and does not represent itself as such.
