Getting Started

How do the online courses work? Our courses are 100% online and self-paced. Once you enroll, you can access the materials anytime, anywhere. You can watch video lectures, read course materials, and complete assignments on your own schedule—there are no mandatory login times.

How do I access my course after purchasing? Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive two emails:

  1. Order Confirmation: A receipt for your records.

  2. Course Access Email: This email contains your login credentials (or a link to create your password) for our Student Dashboard.

    • Note: If you don’t see this email within 10 minutes, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.

Do I need any special software to learn? No special software is required. You only need a modern web browser (like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox), a reliable internet connection, and audio speakers or headphones to listen to video lectures.

Is there a time limit to complete the course? No! One of our core values is flexibility. Once you purchase a course, you have lifetime access to the materials. You can start today, pause for a month, and come back whenever you are ready.


Certificates & Accreditation

Will I receive a certificate? Yes. Upon completing all course modules and quizzes, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion from Pilos Learning Institute. You can download, print, or add this certificate to your LinkedIn profile to showcase your new skills.

Are these courses accredited for college credit? Pilos Learning Institute courses are designed for professional development and career advancement. While they are created by industry experts and academic leaders, they are not currently eligible for college or university transfer credits. They are intended to help you upskill for the job market, not for degree completion.


Payments & Refunds

What is your refund policy? Because our courses are digital products with immediate access to proprietary information and downloadable tools, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a course has been purchased. We encourage you to review the course curriculum and description carefully before enrolling.

What currency are the prices in? All prices listed on the store are in USD.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases or teams? Yes! If you are a business leader or HR manager looking to train your team, we provide special rates for bulk enrollments. Please email us at support@pilos.me for a custom quote.


Troubleshooting & Support

I purchased a course but didn't receive my login details. First, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders for an email from "Pilos Learning Institute" or "Thinkific." If you still cannot find it, please email support@pilos.me with your Order Number, and our team will manually send you your access link.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it? Go to our Link and click the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter the email address you used to purchase the course, and you will receive instructions to reset your password.

Can I share my account with a friend or colleague? No. Your enrollment grants a license for one individual user. Sharing login credentials violates our Terms of Service and may result in the suspension of your account. If you have an interested friend, we would love for them to join the community by purchasing their own enrollment!
